As the owner of the above referenced property, I authorize the property management company listed above to receive notifications from the District about billed water charges (paid or unpaid) concerning my rental property. I understand I will not receive any further notices from the District related to balances for the address above and it is my responsibility to notify the District if I terminate the services of the property management described above.

I also understand that as the owner of the property all unpaid balances are ultimately my responsibility for payment if the tenant or property management does not make payment. The District has the right to file a perpetual lien on the property for any outstanding balances related to utility accounts.
